I've been coming here for a while now and the lady is fair. This shop is open late and every day so is usually able to help. No they don't hand out free money but I always have everything shown to me and explains the exact penny for penny of my items value whether I chose to go somewhere else. They sell good stuff low prices, not perfect but steady and reliable!

I went in today to sell a piece of jewelry and an old nintendo. I got some good money and I had amazing service. Better prices than most shops in norwich. I did not catch the lovely woman's name who was working, but she went above and beyond and even gave me a cute little ring for free that I absolutely adore. I'm not too sure how some of these reviews could be so negative talking about "paying people for good reviews" and so on. Funny how this did not happen to me. I wasn't even asked to make a review in general, but seeing some of these nasty people spew such hate because they didn't get their way... shame on you. I felt a good review from a VERY happy customer was needed. A+ experience for me. Maybe some people should be decent enough to listen to simple instructions and you would have better luck. The only people who are screwing you "bad reviewers" over are yourselves. Oh well. I'm happy! :)

Every time I come in the girl is handling like 4 different customers like a champ! She manages to interact with everyone and make the wait easier to handle on top of answering the constant phone too. The way I see it they must be doing something right to keep the store so full of people all the time and she just rocks it! This store definitely wouldn't be at the caliber its at without her hustling out front. I love this pawn shop! And they ALWAYS hook everyone up!

Well what's even funnier is how professional these people are. After leaving a message on their answering machine speaking on how I was coming down I did not get a response. However after I wrote my first review I received a call back promptly where I was ridiculed and called names. Simply calling the number that they contacting me on and saying that they could not help me on that specific day would have let me know that turning around was the better option. Instead they use the number to insult and make unfounded accusations. Very professional and definitely they way you should run a business but scum bags are scum bags anyway you slice it.

The best...straight up and down. I laugh when i hear stories about bad shops because this one is my secret! Its a LOCAL shop. The lady Ariel who owns it is a local resident and active on community issues. Takes the bad stigma off pawn shops.
