State of the art equipment, welcoming receptionist and workers. They do fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns, deep cleaning, the whole nine yards. They also have a sliding fee scale, so they charge you based off your income if you dont have insurance. Highly recommended.

Although I'm thankful that I was able to be seen on such short notice, I have to say it was by far the worst dental experience of my 42 years. The dental assistant was HIGHLY unprofessional. I was literally talked to and treated like an uneducated, untrustworthy idiot! When I explained the dental plan I had set with another dentist in Manistee, whom is apart of this office as well, she questioned everything I said. I have a bleeding disorder so between my hematologist,and my dentist, they decided to pack and suture the extraction sites. This child, and literally is probably more than 20 years younger than myself, continued to show blatant disrespect for my dentist, and towards me with her facial expressions and questions. She took zero time to listen to what I was explaining about antibiotic use, or why using the foam to pack was needed. My favorite part was when she had read the report from my previous visit in Manistee last week. Apparently my dentist either finished her note before she was done with my visit, or forgot that she was unable to suture the top site due to not having enough tissue. When she was reading the note aloud, I stopped her and let her know that I infact did not have sutures and why. Once the dentist walked in, I asked her to check my other extraction site to ease my mind about how it was healing. She looked and said everything looks good, and they are closed. This silly kid then said right in front of me "how do her sutures look"!! Honestly I already knew from her rude facial expressions that regardless of what I said or the actual DENTIST from Manistee said, that she clearly is above both of us! So I looked at their dentist and explained why she didn't see any sutures! I don't know who is in charge of this business, however I highly suggest that they re-evaluate the staff. The best part of this being treated like a damn fool, is the fact that I myself have worked in the medical field for over 20 years, I have worked for surgeon's, internist, and managed a very large pristine nursing facility. I sure hope someone of authority reads this,and reminds the staff that you never question the Dr and you definitely do not treat a patient the way I was treated today. I can assure you, my boss's, never would of tolerated such ignorant behavior. She needs to remember her job, spray the water, suction, hand the actual professional the instruments. I'm planning on making a call this week to my dentist is Manistee, filing a formal complaint, and informing her that her helpers in Shelby definitely question her choices.

EVERYTIME I need a prescription refilled I have to damn near harass them to get them to do it. Totally unprofessional.
