I requested an order for pick up via the Nothing Bundt Cakes website for my fiances Birthday the next day, a lemon cake and 5 balloons. I was planning to pick up and drop at his office on my way to work as a surprise. My pickup time was suppose to be between 6am & 7am. I showed up a little late after 8am and found out that the shop was actually closed until 9am. The person at the front let me know it wasn't ready and that I would have to wait (front door just happened to be unlocked) - as I was running behind schedule i asked if they could perhaps deliver the cake for me- They did at no extra charge! I appreciated them going out of their way to correct a mistake by the website. The cakes here are always delicious- I was however disappointed in the balloons- apparently they were barely afloat when they arrived and on the floor the next day.

This was my first time in and I left very disenchanted. Rushed service and lack of genuinity. They're wanting to take your money before you've even decided. Maybe it was because I went on a weekend but really fake people providing "customer service" here and also their site menu is wrong and prices are $3 higher. When I mentioned this, some speech about how they've been trying to update the site bla etc... I'm not sure how a business takes so long to update online things...
The cakes themselves could kill you, whether from the overuse of sugar or moistness that's a bit of for my taste. But it's the kind of thing people like I guess hence the good reviews.

I was a little hesitant at first but boy were these cakes delicious. First off, the service at this place was really nice and efficient. I recommend the lemon, the white chocolate raspberry, and the pecan praline. I also ordered the chocolate choco chip, but that didn't have a cream cheese frosting (or at least it sure didn't taste like it) so I didn't enjoy it as much as the first three that did have a tasty cream cheese frosting.

We love these cakes. Even when our favorite is not there they have something that you want to try to become your next new favorite.
