I had a great experience at the NTB in Willow Grove, after taking my Honda to 3 other shops in the area to take care of an issue with my check engine light. The tech there Stuart seemed very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me clearly in term in could understand. After my experience I will definitely be bringing me car back next time I have a problem.

Pleasant employees in the front. Professional work. Left my day old wheels a mess without even attempting to wipe the grime off that resulted from putting new tires on them. Not a big deal, but says something. I would rather hang out in a prison cell than the waiting area. If my local NTB is out of stock again and this place has the tires in stock I would consider using again. But I would drop it off and pick up. Had I only known the customer area was the way it was. They also black out your view from the shop where other NTB's welcome you watching the guys work on the vehicles.

Guys here are great. Have been to a few different corporate shops to have various stuff done and they don't compare. Bought tires a year ago at a good price.  Unfortunately went a little before they closed. The team there let me hang out while they still worked after hours. From the tech installing the tires to the desk associate everyone was so mellow and friendly. They offered advice and made it a point to help. Year later and still great service when I came in for a leaky tire. You guys have a loyal customer now!

Quick service. Not super friendly, but definitely not rude. Waiting area has vending machines, coffee, TV and comfortable chairs. The place and especially the bathroom could use a cleaning.
