I have been physically active my entire life - dancing, hot yoga, doing various HIIT routines, cycling, and the use of gym equipment. The one thing I had not explored (and always wanted to) was working with a trainer. The stars were aligned for me to do something different recently. That is when I met trainer, Shelby Stafford. Shelby understood my goals and her knowledge in body mechanics is impeccable. I had surgery this past year. Shelby was sensitive to this while helping me strengthen all of the areas that needed attention. I was ready to apply myself to feel stronger on many different levels. Thank you Shelby for helping me achieve this!!

O2 Seaboard is a great gym! The staff is very professional and there is a good “vibe” that helps you stay motivated. I also highly recommend the personal training program! I started working with Grant Cain and saw results within a month. He completely transformed the way I work out. As a former college athlete, Grant knows how to customize workouts to help you achieve your goals. He is dedicated to his clients and takes the time to explain how each exercise fits within the overall training plan. You will definitely see results with Grant!

Not only are the staff that work there extremely helpful, but they have a wonderful and cheerful demeanor and are happy to help in any situation. I recently worked with Anthony, the manager, on something I needed help with. Not only was he attentive, respectful, trustworthy and kind, but he worked quickly and diligently to help me. He had my back during the process and helped to find a resolution for ME. I truly can't say thank you enough!!! You all are wonderful!!

Unethical, Awful, Crowded, Could not be worse. I got a memebership for a few months to do some focused work in the gym. I made this clear upon purchase of the membership, and was told there would be no issues in cancelling the policy. I am now in a protracted 5 month battle to get the membership cancelled as the manager will not return phone calls, follow up, nor actually cancel the membership. On top of that, this gym is incredibly crowded, and essentially a meat market. Do not join this gym if you are focused on fitness and well being. Do not join this gym if you expect any level of customer service. Do not join this gym if you expect any type of ethical membership contracting.

Facility is nice, however, steam room has been broken for 2 months. Staff seems nice overall but communicating with management seems impossible. Poorly managed.
