This is one of the gems in St Paul. One of the oldest bars and restaurants in the Twin Cities. It's essentially a landmark that serves great food and lots of different types of beer and liquor. The staff is friendly and good at getting the food out to you in a timely manner. The fish fry is to kill for and the daily specials they have for lunch and dinner are all pretty darn good. This is that place that people don't want to tell you about cuz they know he'll never stop going there and make it harder for them to find a spot in the parking lot which is not very big.

I love this place! On my first visit there two years ago I ran into a friend who suggested I try the Cuban sandwich. Without question it is the best sandwich I've ever had! So much so that I can't even look at the rest of the menu. Just give me the Cuban with chips and I'm a happy man. My better half orders various items off the menu and has never been disappointed.

This place has never let me down. Lived a block away from this place and went at least twice a month. The cuban there is phenomenal. Try it seriously. Warm BBQ sauce they serve on the side is amazing too.

Easy to get to this restaurant, Good food. reasonable prices on cocktails! Has been remodeled in the last few years so there is plenty of room.   Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner I recommend it😉

Edit: ask for eggs Benedict 'extra soft' and they'll cook it perfectly. 
Had a large table of 12 and the service was top notch even with a crowded place. Everyone enjoyed their food. My only issue was my eggs benedict was over cooked. The yolk should not be solid in the middle.
