We've been here many times for lunch after hitting the Farmer's Market and have always had wonderful experiences. This time, not so much. Server came to our table to greet is 10 minutes after we sat down, and after she greeted and took orders from 2 tables who arrived well after us. The menu had changed considerably, with fewer selections. Food took a long time to get to us but was hot and very good. They appeared to be understaffed and weren't as friendly as in the past.

Nope. We went there for an event and part of that is where we each got a meal, which was a hot dog (said it was a bratwurst). They asked if we wanted everything on it (onions, mustard, kraut), I said I did not want mustard, my fiance wanted all of it. When they came out the server said "here's the one with no mustard" I bit into it and it had a TON of mustard on it. My fiance's had onions and mustard on it. The bartenders were less than friendly, no smiles on their faces and seemed to not know what they were doing. Our meal for the event was small, so we also ordered wings to go along with it. For $9.00 we were served 6 less than desirable wings and there was a very long BLONDE hair fried into 2 of them (I have short, red hair). I called the server over, and sent them back and said I did not want another order of them. We were not offered a refund, nor were we offered an apology. Nobody asked if we wanted another beer either. We were there with a beer event, to drink beer.. Definitely won't be back, and will be informing others of this experience. Less than delightful.

A great place to eat drink coffee or have a drink. Quiet in the morning and lively at night. At times good jazz. I've run into a bunch of old friends when I played in the big bands.

It's an interesting place...it's setup like a coffee shop in the same vein of Spyhouse. But it's got its own unique feel and style. The food is good! I'd go here again...just not on the nights with live music.
