This is a great place in Lower Town St. Paul. As the name would suggest, they have a huge beer menu, but also serve wine and spirits. They have a special tap that infuses a selected beer with whatever they decide! The day we were there, it was a pale ale infused with apples and blueberries. It was too sweet for me, but I think it's a cool opportunity to try something new so I love that they do that. We just had apps to eat, but they were very good.

With a name like World of Beer, one would have the expectation of a large selection of beers. That expectation will not be disappointed.  They have an excellent selection of beer on tap as well as cans and bottles.  Nice, comfortable interior with excellent service.  Easy to get to and park.

Good and clean place. Had live music! Waitress was nice and attentive. They had a lot of drinks selection! Would definitely go again.

My boyfriend and I have been talking about going to this place for awhile. We decided to go on a Saturday. The place was busy which was to be expected. When we arrived, there was no hostess table or a sign saying 'seat yourself' so we had to seek a staff person to ask which was a task. No staff bothered to smile or greet us. We seated ourselves in cafe seating next to the big window. We were tucked between two tables and greeted within minutes from a friendly waitress. Our flights arrived then was not checked in on by the waitress for food orders or how the beers tasted until we had to flag her down while she kept bypassing us. Ordered the nachos which tasted good but had way too much chips for the amount of toppings. Also, my boyfriend ordered a burger that came charred and barely any tots. We were not offered plates or silverware for the nachos. We were not feeling it and usually give a place the benefit of the doubt on a busy Saturday night, but something was off. Most likely will take my business elsewhere.

This place is great. The atmosphere is very cozy, the service is prompt, and the beer selection is vast. Also make sure to get the pretzel or tacos when you stop by.
