This place is so disorganized it's not even funny. I called a month before trip to confirm an airport shuttle and their hotel concierge said to call when I landed and shuttle will pick me.and my family up. I call when I land, and have now been told the shuttle is done for the day and to call a taxi like "everyone else". That's what the pm manager Eric told me. He told me to call a taxi despite one of his own employees telling me a month ago that a shuttle would pick me up once I landed. Now me and my family are stranded at the airport trying to make last second arrangements. Never have I had a so called manager decide that deserting the customer is the best course of action. Take your business to a better and more established hotel that hires people that deserve their jobs. Once again the manager who has just stranded me and my family at the airport is named eric.

We took the suite with the hot tub and loved it. The mattress was comfortable, the room was nicely decorated, the pool area had some beach couches to lay in which was nice. It was clean. McDs practically across the street which is awesome for breakfast. Would go back, but during high season the suite is around 200$, which I find is a little pricey. But considering you are in a nice neighborhood I guess that's pretty average.

The hotel is clean and looks amazing, along with attentive pleasant  front desk personnel. The bed was comfortable and everywhere in the room is clean with great lighting. The pillows are too small but there are so many shops/restaurants walking distance that overshadow those that one flaw. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and neat. Small and cozy. If you're looking for family owned and operated feel this is the right place. Accommodated us with switching a non-refundable booking and gave us a suite. Room was small. Bedding was clean but a bit smelly once under the covers. Fridge and microwave...no other kitchen amenities. Gave extra bath towels upon request. Need to sign in and out the beach towels. Parking close to room. Overall good experience.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and accessable from 2 directions. Located close enough to everything I needed to use Uber or Lyft to get there and not run up a giant tab. Hotel staff was friendly.
