Amazing hotel, it’s very modern and beautiful. I love how you can just go out to the beach and that the pool is preheated. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing. Everything was awesome except for the fact that the hallways smelled like cigarettes. Luckily the room did not smell bad and I found this place amazing. I would totally come back.

Nice but past it's prime. All the gutters leaked, no ice machine on the floors; only one off the main floor. No vending machines at all. The very best thing about this place was the housekeeping the rooms are immaculate the Linens were soft the bed was very comfortable. The floors are marble. I'm sure it was convenient for cleaning but very Slippery When Wet. Noise was a problem for us 2/3 three of the five nights we were awakened by construction cleaning that sort of thing going on in the middle of the night, causing disruptive sleep. There was no accommodation on price or the supplement we had to pay for an ocean view of the room.

Staying at this hotel was satisfactory. The bed was comfortable, but the showers were very bad. Being a girl with thick long hair, the water pressure was horrible. There was also no ventilation in the bathrooms, so it was a humid sticky mess. The hallways also smelled like marijuana, which isn’t the hotels problem, but no visible efforts were made to make the sent dissipate. The door on our room did not shut easily, you had to push it hard to make sure it was actually shut. On the other hand, the beach location is great and the proximity to the city and other areas is great. The ladies that work for the stores in the hotel are very sweet and have lovely personalities. The valet parking was okay, service was satisfactory. What really bothered me, is how there is a no smoking sign in the front, yet people are smoking right in front and nobody is saying anything. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our room smelled bad. The bed sheets had been made but had sand in them, presumably from the previous guest. The room had minimal furnishings, most in disrepair. About a third of all the light fixtures had bulbs burnt out. The tub did not drain, there was not a toilet paper holder, the bathroom ceiling was peeing and falling into the shower. The kitchen was a disgusting mess with dirty dishes and dirty appliance interiors. The bedroom had a bed with two horribly beaten night stands. Each had a lamp atop it, but neither was plugged in. This is because there were no electrical outlets on the walls on that half of the room. There was so much more I could list but you get the point. TOTAL DUMP. Now for the real shame... I immediately complained to the front desk. "Sorry. We're booked solid with two wedding parties. Nothing we can do. We'll 'hook you up' tomorrow." I asked if I could simply cancel and take my business elsewhere. "Nope." We stayed the night, against my better judgement so I could see what the manager would do to correct the situation in the morning. He was very unapologetic and acted as if he was put out by my unreasonable dissatisfaction. Didn't offer to comp the bad room, or anything else. Said he would put us in a"good room" tonight. I took the family to the on site restaurant and ate my overpriced, cold bacon and scrambled eggs with a Kraft singles slice not even close to melted laying on top. Had enough. Let them keep my money and went somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Beautiful penthouse suite. Private walk patio views of Ocean from every room. Large flat screen living room. Perfect for a private party of 5 to 10 people. Enjoy the large balcony of glass over the ocean. The owner of this hotel is truly gracious and the parking attendant was extremely attentive always asking us if we were ok. Great beach front location. Do not let this hotel pass you by. Book it NOW
