Definitely a great place to stay when in Fort Lauderdale.   It is very easy to find and parking is on site and valet is available.  The customer service at this Residence Inn is outstanding.  The front desk staff was very helpful, making sure I received the room with the amenities and views I hoped to get.   

The room was very open and spacious.  Great kitchen area and the bed was very comfortable; the AC works very well when needed.  The view of the waterways from the deck is outstanding and the deck is large enough for its outdoor chairs and table.  There is also a great sitting area near their pool that is very comfortable with adjustable shades to help you through the sunny days.  

Walking to nearby restaurants is just a few minutes away, with many great places to choose from.  The hotel is also fairly close to a shopping center with a Macy's if you need to get some new beach attire.  

If you are looking to get out for the weekend or give your office an out of office meeting week, this is the place.

Overall a really great hotel. Suite layout was perfect with an amazing view of the intercoastal waterway. Only issue we encountered was on check in. I had called about a week prior to our stay requesting early check in as we were traveling in for an event that started in the early evening and our party needed time to get ready. The representative over the phone was very accommodating and supposedly adjusted our reservation to suit, however upon check-in we were informed that this was on an availability basis , and that there is no notes attached to our reservation about this request. The hotel staff however was able to find us the needed rooms in short order so all in all it worked out very well.

Great Staff, Nice facilities. I always enjoy my stays there. Frequent business trips to Ft Lauderdale has given me an appreciation for the consistency of this hotel. They deliver a great place every time.

Absolutely stunning; room was amazing, view from the enormous patio was breathtaking, and the service was top notch. We travel a lot and usually choose the Hilton hotels because of the loyalty program, but the service isn’t that great. Marriott just gained a new loyal guest because of this hotel.

Unplanned stay and I couldn’t be happier with this hotel!  Location, ocean view on one side and the intracoastal canal on the other side for your viewing pleasure, was purely magical.  Staff was awesome and food was great!!  Will definitely be back for a Planned’ stay!  Thank You Marriott for making what would have been a ‘bad 1st visit’ to Florida a perfect visit!!
