I wouldn’t stay here again. First night their tub and sink was clogged. The tub in the inside was yellow and peeling. There are 9 floors with only one working elevator! I would have to wait 10 min! We ended up using the stairs! Luckily for us we where only on the 3rd floor. In the morning when you hung over from the night before all you want to do is sleep in, not here. All you here is banging and drilling from construction I believe, in the rooms next to you. The beach looks NOTHING like the pictures. It’s not clean as it shows. It’s looks very dirty. Mountains of sea weed everywhere. Literally, they had a truck out there scooping it a little at time.  The sand was not white. Left over clothes and shoes all over the place . If your looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, this is not the way to go. If you passing through the maybe but even so, to me, it’s way to pricey for what your getting. You might have a better time at a motel 6. Also, on top of their prices you have to pay 18 for “valet” parking . I am not sure where they parked my car because it came back with white dust all over it. Like someone put a pucket of baby powder on it. It was ridiculous. As I was checking out there where 3 other groups, all had the same complaints.

Pretty views. Nice pool area. Friendly staff. The hotel was undergoing renovation while I was there so it looked a little cramped. The rooms were very plain. The place is clearly older but kept reasonably. The conference facilities were set up well. Only qualm there is that the conference rooms are on the hallway to the beach so it's a busy corridor.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in August. The front desk staff is very helpful! We had an issue with our card and the staff was very attentive and helped to resolve the issue within a matter of minutes! Rooms were good for the price. We didn't receive the best service in the restaurant though. Overall we would come back!

Really good staff service. A little dated and humid. Elevators were not all running and no one was working in the restaurant or bar. Would go again because the beach access is wonderful and the pool is a delight!

the hotel needs some upgrades, the carpet is dark brown and it looks nasty and truly needs to be replaced but the location is awesome. I stepped out on my balcony and got a beautiful view of the water. The bed was pretty comfortable. I did also find a few hairs on some towels and I know the hair was not mine so maybe they need to double-check their work. We didn't have any washcloth in our room when we arrived and they bought them up with in 5 minutes so their service is pretty fast
