DO NOT STAY HERE!! we made the mistake of booking in a rush and when we got there it was beautiful. Even got our room upgraded. It was the upgrade from hell! We got there at about 6pm took showers and went to dinner. Came back and got ready for bed. Everything looked clean. But something kept telling to check the bed for bugs. I didn't go with my instincts. Our 3yr old was sleeping in the futon and our 6 month old was in bed with us. I turn over and open my eyes to see 2 huge roaches crawling on my pillow. Get my flashlight to see my husbands pillow has a nest of them. We decided to check on our daughter and sure enough there was what we thought at the moment was a tick. We grabbed our stuff and left that same night. Came back the next day to get a refund. But first they wanted to see the ticks. Because you know I could have been lying. I go in the room with him and sure enough there is a nest of what I thought were ticks. After further research THEY WERE BED BUGS. IT WAS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS AND ROACHES PLUS ANTS IN THE KITCHEN!!!!! I got a refund back. But do not stay here!!! I even took photos of them.

My wife and I were transferred to this hotel from another location it was recommended due to the reviews. Upon arrival I've never had a hotel ask me to pay up the whole fee out front. Usually you are billed the end of your stay not the beginning. During our stay multiple other Gus continued to complain about the management staff and help unprofessional rude and inconsiderate they are I would absolutely agree they do not offer daily maid service freshly bed sheets or towels. The rooms are on a date with disgusting bathrooms kitchens that half the equipment works the other half does not air conditioning not so well,  The pool was and even clean during the entire stay we were there it was disgusting. I could go on for hours about this hotel I do not recommend them at

The best place to stay ever. Very friendly staff. Extremely accommodating. Clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This hotel is nothing to what it desribes on the website.  We stayed 8 nights and only saw a maid 1time. The beds were uncomfortable and mad noise each time you moved.  The pull out bed sank in one side. It says daily maid service but we sure did not see anyone.  We had to ask to restock our towels.  I hade to purchase my own cleaning supplies to keep the hotel clean. Linens are changed only 1 time per week. There were ants all over our cabinets and kitchen counter.  We let the manager know and they came to spray something but the next day were even worse. So we did not bother to call again.  We were not shown great hospitality.  We definelty will not be coming back nor refering this place to anyone.  Terry seemed friendly she actually said good morning Mark walked passed and what not even say hello.  Very unhappy with our stay.  It was spring break time so all other areas were booked because we would have left the 2nd day of our stay.  The only nice thing about the hotel was the pool.

Dated and room smelt of smoke. Very good location and nice pool. Price should be a bit lower to reflect room standard.
