I rarely review businesses, but I have to commend the manager at the Office Depot on Forest Hill Ave in Richmond, VA. I bought a printer on cyber Monday with a deep discount. When I got home and opened it some parts were missing. It was the manufactures miatake, the box was sealed. I called the store and they told me to bring it back for an exchange. When I arrived they did not have the exact printer I had purchased in stock. The manger immediately offered an upgrade at the same price to make it right. He was trying to avoid inconveniencing me anymore (I'd already driven there twice and lugged a giant box back and forth). Kudos to this business and manger (I don't remember his name) for realizing the mistake and making it right. I'll be a loyal customer to Office Depot, because they really do care about their customers and providing quality products. Thanks Office Depot!

Jordan was the most helpful person I've ever dealt with. Really went the extra mile for my missing cat fliers. I will definitely be back for more when I run out. Great experience A+!!!

I'm writing this review because I'm extremely dissatisfied with our visit today. I came in to print out a single shipping lable. That's it. We stand in line for at least 10 minutes before even speaking to anyone, when we finally get to the desk we ask Linda how we should send the document to her. She looks at us like we're stupid before scooting a business card with their email on it, then turns away from us to help another customer. I get it, it was busy and she needs to keep the line moving. But it takes us no longer than a minute to send the email to her. After another 10 minutes the customer ahead of us finishes, we approach Linda again. She looks at us and then ignores us to call yet again another customer to go ahead of us. She knew we were ready and yet again she ignores us. Finally she "helps" us by accusing us of not even attaching the document to the email. It was just her own stupidity because we had to show her where it was. After the lable was printed out we noticed that it wasn't the correct size, it probably wasn't her fault at all, but she snatches the paper from us when we ask her to print it out again. Not only that but she printed it on bigger paper than what was necessary and over charged us. The paper was only 23cents, so we just dealt with it. Whatever, it's not the end of the world. But her attitude was down right horrible. I know it's not this location because we had very good experiences here before, but Linda ruined it for us. We won't be coming back here if we can help it. You lost our business.

Poor customer service. Came to purchase a desk, asked the girl at the cash register to look up the item number of the desk I wanted to see if it was on sale and she refused to after asking multiple times. Went home looked online and the desk I wanted was on sale for $80 off. I came back to the store to complain in person. In the future they need to train their staff in basic customer service. We've been waiting 20 min now just to speak with a manager.
