Great buying experience. No hassle at all. I seen the car online called and talked with Brian about the vehicle for about a half hour on the phone. Next day I was signing the paperwork. It was really that simple. I would recommend OAW to any of my friends. If you do decide to purchase when you call ask for Brian he'll get you taken care of . Tell him that Moose sent you.

Great place to buy a car. Brian was amazing and very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car.

Have been shopping around for a new vehicle and encountered Zach at Ohio Auto Wharehouse. He is extremely knowledgeable and directed me on the right path to finding exactly what I wanted. Was a great experience and I highly suggest dealing with him when searching for your next automobile!

I was given pictures other than the website pictures of the car I was interested in by my salesman. They showed a few scratches and I was told the car was in "great condition". My salesman even said the backseat looked as though it had never been sat in. After driving 4 hours to see the car I was disappointed in the condition of the car. I wasn't expecting a perfect car but the description was not exactly honest either. 
---However I would like to say the owner understood my concerns and cared enough to listen and assure me that this is not an accurate representation of how he liked to conduct business. It was refreshing to see customer service still exsists. Thank you for making it right.

I can't believe what $2995 got me from this dealership. 2001 Explorer Sport with less than 100,000 miles. I have never been happier with a vehicle than I am now... Almost a year later. Most vehicles they sell are far more expensive and, much nicer than what I bought, but they are in priced 100% fairly. They treated this Ford as if it was the most expensive thing on the lot. They treated me as if I was buying the most expensive thing on the lot. Very honest here. I will be coming back.
