Just enjoyed another buying experience with Brett Schroeder at the VanDevere Auto Outlet. This was the second vehicle he's sold me in the last six months. The first was for my wife last summer. On both occasions I was able to locate the vehicle I was looking for and purchase it for a good price. Brett made the whole process smooth and pleasant. In-house financing rounded out the deal nicely. I would recommend checking with the VanDevere Bunch if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle!

I stopped her because I found a car online that looked like a good deal. I ended up not really liking that one but my salesperson was willing to do what ever it took to help me find a car I liked. We test drove vehicles between three different locations (their various lots) around town in order to find just the right one. In the end I decided not to buy from them but for external reasons having nothing to do with the dealership. I'd highly recommend them and will certainly keep them in mind for all my future vehicle purchases!

Lets start off by saying I hate car buying with every once of my being! BUT...because of vandevere and our salesman Brandon I have a renewed optimism! Brandon was knowledgeable and extremely patient! He listened to everything we were looking for and presented us with options matching our criteria! Strongly recommend! Thanks Brandon, its been fun but time to go ride down the highway in my awesome new car!

Sales help was wonderful, however upon delivery of my vehicle, basically I signed the papers and was told the vehicle was outside warming up, have a good evening. No one showed me the features of the vehicle, how to operate certain features etc. I had to tell them that I was supposed to have 2 sets of keys and fobs, so when I mentioned it, I was give an we OWE YOU paper and had to go to the Chevy dealer on my time and get a key and fob made. I am an hour and 45 minutes from where I purchased the car and at least that far to the Chevy Dealer, I did not think this was very good business on your part, that should have been checked and taken care of before I picked up the car, also the 2nd row and 3rd row floor mats were just thrown in on the floor, not even in the seat area where they belonged, instead of switched. It was very cold when I took delivery and a week or so later that it warmed up enough to try and figure out how the floor mats went in. I would have thought that this was something that would have been gone over before I took delivery. I don't think much was done after I test drove the car until I picked it up.

No hassle sales approach, which is nice. Don't buy an extended an extended warranty, though, and don't put too much weight in the "Warranty forever." The 3rd party company they use for those warranties is difficult to work with. Had I not had issues with VanDevere's partner company, I would have given a 5-star rating.
