Just leased a 2018 Chevy Equinox from VanDevere and my experience was amazing! Ivan was awesome, listen to my wants, needs, was personable and a joy to work with. Great vehicle, great price and great staff all the way around! Would definitely suggest getting your next vehicle from VanDevere!

We had a great experience at the Outlet store buying our vehicle from Justin. Work with Brian from finance, who was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. VanDevere had great customer service from my first phone call to exiting the dealership and the price was competitive. We drove from Michigan to purchase our vehicle. I would purchase another vehicle from VanDevere. Wish they were closer than 3 hours from me. I'd like to take advantage of their free car wash!

Unless you're an expert in finance and automobiles, don't do business here. They WILL try to trick you. My Dad bought a used vehicle through these fools and also purchased their extended warranty. When he started having major issues, they claimed to have fixed it, and sent him on his way. A month or two later, same problem. This time, it wasn't covered by the warranty, and would cost over $1200 to fix, because of "all the corrosion." I convinced him to get a second opinion. We took our business elsewhere, and I'm glad we did. His vehicle needed a specialized clamp, and that's it - finished repair for under $100. Where was that other $1100 going? Some "Christians" these people are. UPDATE: So they've just called and tried to blame everything on him. Awesome work. I think my favorite line they tried to feed him was "We don't use clamps like that on power steering" when I just read another review saying they charged him $180 for a clamp. They raise the service rates so high so they can try to get you to put negative equity on a newer vehicle so they make more money. That's the bottom line.

This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with, completely trustworthy. My sales person was Glenn. He was also the best....seek him out. Although, I think everyone there was very helpful, caring and professional. I strongly urge anyone looking for a vehicle to make this dealership your first choice. Six weeks later and I am still very happy. Cheers to you all! Have a blessed holiday in HIM, CHRIST!

We purchased a car through Ivan there. He made the process fast and easy. Also willing to go above his duties as salesman to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. I would definitely recommend asking for Ivan if you are looking for a good honest salesman!
