We really enjoyed our experience purchasing a vehicle from North Coast Auto Mall! We got a great vehicle at a great price and the entire transaction was painless! As part of the agreement, they buffed out a scratch on the vehicle and installed a front license plate holder. They even added gas to the car when I brought it back for those services! 5 stars!! Mike Mazur was a real pleasure to work with.  He was very patient, understanding, accommodating and funny as hell! Would absolutely refer family and friends to him!

My husband and I bought a 2015 Equinox a week ago. We had an amazing experience and would recommend North Coast Auto Mall to anyone. The salesmen were honest, personable, and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured to purchase and felt confident that we were receiving the best price on the market. Thanks Mike and Tony for the great rate! We are extremely happy with our purchase and overall buying experience.

Great dealership, great vehicles and great service. We drove in from Buffalo, New York to pick up a low mile high-end car. Mike, our salesman, was fantastic. Every detail was covered and his follow up was extraordinary.  His  attention to detail after the purchase was especially impressive. He took personal care of us on a very busy/high-volume day.

I went to North Coast Auto Mall yesterday to look at a 2014 Ford Explorer I saw on their website. Phil was extremely nice and got the car for me to test drive. They worked with me to find a budget that would be best for me and he made sure that the car was perfect for me. I had such a good experience and even talked my grandma into buying her next car there. I'm going to pick up my new car right now!

We bought our Kia Optima on Saturday. We worked with Mike which was super helpful! The car we originally went to look at was dirty and grimy but Mike was super helpful and helped us find a car within our budget and with the mileage we wanted. He was honest and made us feel comfortable without making us feel pressured to make a decision. I would definitely go back and buy another car from him.
