These fat front desk ladies need to pickup the pace. Have an appointment scheduled for 9:40 Am and don't get called in until 10:20Am. They tell me I need to have a referral sent over that they never mentioned prior to this before they will take me in. Thank Christ the other place was nice and sent it over. When it was sent over it was sitting in the fax machine for God knows how long. Unprofessional and i wouldn't use this place if I wasn't dying and had another choice. Thank you America. Also the two hogs on the front desk mentioned having a clipboard thrown at them before. I totally understand why. You people are useless.

Horrible experience. I was told to go to the ER by a Dr. The ER Dr came in, wouldn't listen to anything we were trying to tell him, didn't even diagnose me right. (He told me I had 1 of 3 things. Didn't tell me which it was. Then the paperwork said actually I had a fourth thing that he hadn't even said.) He then walked out after not checking the other issues the Dr who sent me there wanted me to have looked at. And of course when I called the hospital to complain all I get is, "we feel your care was appropriate". Horrible hospital, terrible staff. (Except the front desk girls. They were nice.) But Dr Reynolds is a terrible terrible Dr and their staff doesn't care anything about patients.

I can't say enough good words about this facility and its staff as in the business office personnel, the people who work the ER, the doctors, the nurses!!!, the food service staff, the excellent food provided and delivered to the room by them, the chaplains, and last but in no way the least, the janitorial service staff members who excelled at not only keeping the rooms spotless but always had a kind word to say despite their busy routine at Oklahoma Heart Hospital South. All of these people have proven to me that both compassionate and competent care can be had at a stressful time when a loved one is so very, very ill. The dedicated excellent doctors and nurses saved my husband's life two years past now and have provided nothing but excellent care for him ever since then during his other subsequent hospital stays and appointments. The emotional support for my family has been a steady source of comfort, as well. Thank you to all @ Oklahoma Heart Hospital South!

The emergency room visit was quick and the doctor and staff were very nice and respectful. However, we got a bill from the physician's billing that stated we were past due and they threatened to send us to collections. The problem, however, is that this is the first bill we received and they hadn't even bothered to send it to the secondary insurance, which they had on file, before threatening collections... Then we got a bill from the hospital billing. This bill also stated that we were past due and threatened collections. Again, this was the first bill or statement we had gotten from them. To threaten to ruin someone's credit without even doing the due diligence to notify someone of a balance, or even file with the proper insurance companies is very unprofessional and we will never visit this facility again. Unfortunately, the accounting department managed to undo everything good about this place and I will not recommend it to anyone. Update as of Jan 29th. A patient services representative with the physicians billing stated that they would bill the secondary insurance and that they had the information needed already on file. The claim was still never filed with the secondary insurance. We just received a collections notice from HRRG... I am one of the lucky ones. After the secondary insurance pays, the FSA will but the FSA can't pay until they bill the insurances!! Basically, their poor billing practices are resulting in them not getting paid and my husbands credit getting hurt. Might be time to report them... This might affect us buying a bigger house!!
