This is one of the largest old navy's I've been in

I went into this store recently, mind you we went in about 30 minutes from closing time but if I am honest their customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced outside of Walmart. I had grabbed an item from a very clearly marked 50% off table and when I got to the register the item was full price. I mentioned to the lady behind the counter that I was certain where the shirt had come from, not only did she make no effort to be considerate of the situation she just straight up didn't believe me. I then chose to go to the table to double check on the way out, I was correct and when I asked her to come over to the table to show her she became very rude and basically just said " They rang in as full price so they clearly shouldn't be their, sorry". To me this is terrible customer service The sign clearly stated 50% off with multiple styles of the same shirt and there were no stipulations on the sign showing  the sale. I work in a retail store and this should have been an immediate " Oh well even though this is technically a full price item Id be happen to adjust the cost for you because this is clearly a mistake on our part" Not only does this show that your business has integrity but it shows that you actually care and want a customer to come back. 
Luckily I will not need jeans again for quite sometime and by then I really hope Old Navy has taken the time to higher or train people who believe in quality customer service.

Great prices, but the sale signs are very confusing.  When I asked an employee which dresses were 50% she had no idea. She was just as cobfused.

This used to be one of my favorite stores, but they've cut the store in half and the selections are not nearly as plentiful and wide ranged as they used to be. They did have some good labor day sales this weekend though which is why I went.
