Employees need to be better informed on the sales around the store. Purchased some items on a Tuesday and received 40% off because of the floral and bush sale. It's for decor for my wedding so I only purchased a few to make sure it would work with what I was doing. Went back on Friday to purchase 27 more thinking they were still 40% off because the sales associate said the sale went until Sunday. Well needless to say they weren't 40% off and when I tried questioning why I received the discount just a few days ago, all the employee could say was "sorry, they're not on sale; there's nothing I can do".

I love this store... They have a lot of great prices and I could spend hours going through their endless selections. Customer service is good and they offer a military discount... SCORE!

This was my first visit and the store reminded me of Big Lots, just bigger, and with more of a selection. They had quite a bit of stuff on sale, but I also noticed a lot of broken items that the employees had either not noticed or didn't feel like removing from their shelves. Especially in the garden statue area. To me, it looked like they were damaged from being shipped, but they shouldn't have put the items on the shelves if they were damaged like that. Other than that, the employees were nice and it seemed like a decent place to shop. I'll probably go back sometime in the future. If I had to choose between Old Time Pottery and Big Lots, I'd definitely pick Old Time Pottery.

If you like nautical themed decor, plants, pottery, garden decor, and the like... Then you've come to the right place. The deals are fantastic. You won't find more affordable planters anywhere around.

This is a cool place. Deceptive name as they have so much more than pottery. My wife could spend an afternoon (and a paycheck!) there. We'll be back.
