I'm so happy I read the reviews and decided to visit. The food is definitely comfort food. The taste and portion is definitely worth every cent. I enjoyed my skillet thoroughly. I did order a pink lemonade and it has zero sugar so I sent it back. Will return again
Great place. This was the breakfast 3 people ordered! Perfectly cooked, amazing staff, and large portions! I ordered the meal with 2 pancakes. As you can see, they were enormous. I only managed to eat a couple of bites of pancakes. Took the 2 of them home, cooked a little bacon, and they fed two people on Saturday! The pancakes were delicious warmed up the next day. Kid-friendliness: Family style restaurant. Parking: You do have to walk around to the entrance on the street side. So, if you have walking limitations, pay attention to where that is!
The food here was absolutely delicious! I want one of these restaurants in my town. Every time we visit Arlington, we will come back. If you are planning to visit this place do not be in a hurry if there is a wait. Waitress also nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Sorry about the photos I started eating my food before I took the pictures. Oh and the French toast is the best French toast. And the smoked sausage and the thick ham. Oh just everything was delicious! Added bonus bathrooms nice and clean. Thank you old west. Next building project San Antonio!
Ate at this restaurant for breakfast during a trip to Arlington to catch a football game. It was crowded but the wait time was not long or as long as I thought it would be by looking at the crowd sizes. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit. The food was great and they had all the typical, southern style breakfast foods and the pancakes were huge! Great place and I would go again, if given the chance.
First time here. I brought my 4 girls with all different tastes in food. Everyone was super Happy. Love the peanutbutter syrup. We will be back Highly recommend
The great ol’ Oldwest Cafe of Arlington! This place never disappoints and the earlier you get here the better. Anytime after 9AM and you’re probably waiting in line for a table. Our waitress Logan was amazing, kind, helpful, patient, and hard working. Ask for Logan when you arrive here! Got the Bambino Burrito which was delicious. You are able to add up to 4 “fixins” for a very great price. The quality of the food and service by Logan was exceptional! Thank you Logan and Oldwest Cafe of Arlington for your service!
We were told 30-35 minute wait. It was 22 minutes!! Score! Our server was fantastic. She cut our coffee to half coffee and half hot water. She understood that we don't eat meat and was helpful. Also attentive. Food was very good. And they had French Vanilla and Hazelnut creamer in addition to plain. We will definitely go again when in the area.
Great experience every time we dine here. We usually do breakfast or lunch.
3rd time here for breakfast. The food is great, love the flapjacks. Great service. Great family atmosphere. Very busy, it’s worth the wait. The prices are on par.
After waiting for about an hour we were sat with good service provided going forward Food was on point and I will go back to try other items Burrito with hashbrown, bacon, egg, cheese, sausage, ham, cheese covered with queso Hashbrown casserole and strawberry cheesecake stuffed French toast all was very good Only thing that was noticed not only was gratuity added but an additional few for using my debit card instead of cash
