We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. We were seated right away our waitress was very patient and very friendly. The food came out fast and tasted great. Everyone was happy with what they ordered and the plates were empty by the end of our brunch. Great experience.Dine in: Yes

Very crowded but to be expected for 11am on a Saturday morning. The wait was minimal like 20mn or less even with the line hanging out the door. The staff was very friendly and courteous no complaints in that department. Food was fresh and hot just what we ordered. My only gripe was the parking was weird and confusing at this location due to other businesses using the same area. Which was marked warning they towed if you parked near there door go figure which was directly at the entrance of IHOP. Off I20. Huge parking lot. Nice people. Pancakes were delicious. I expected more lemon taste for the crepe.Food: 5/5

The service was excellent, the customer service was great. We had a terrible experience earlier that morning trying to eat breakfast at another restaurant. But IHOP and it's great customer service welcome that's what open arms and made us feel right at home. And the breakfast just put the icing on the cake, really enjoyed it!Food: 5/5

Karim and staff took great care of Kennedale Jr. High.  They catered a pancake breakfast for our teachers and staff for our "Pancakes and PJ's Day."  It was delicious and enjoyed by all.  This will be a new tradition for us!  THANK YOU KARIM & STAFF!

The food was ok. My omelette was really bland. Kept adding salt to add some flavor. Our waitress was very nice and kept checking to see if we needed anything. I really appreciated her service. My husband had no complaints about his food.Food: 3/5

This location has the worst take  out service of any restaurant I've ever been in and I travel and eat out often.  I called to place an order to go.  I was immediately placed on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up and called back, however no one picked up the phone and after 30 or so rings I hung up again.  I drove down to the IHOP to place my order. I waited 5 minutes and finally someone cane to the front and asked if I had been helped.  I have my order and was told it would take about 20 minutes.  I sat and waited for nearly 1 hour.  I watched customers come in be seated finish their meals and leave all the while being told that my order which was 3 orders 2x2x2 was being bagged and would be out in just a minute.  When I received the food the eggs and sausages were cold, for 3 orders of pancakes that came with the meal I  got 2 syrup packets no butter and the pancakes were cold also. Ridiculous as this order is something that is ordered by lots of people.  The attitude of the people attending the front was one of complete indifference to the fact that it wasn't that busy and yet it took over an hour to provide me the order. Horrible service..... I suggest you find another place to have breakfast.  I would have given no stars if it was possible.  Bill Morgan

I came with my 8 year old at 9:30am on 02/25/2023. I was sited right away as I'm waiting looking at the menu nobody came to take my order or ever offered a drink. One waiter came to my table and asked me to tell my son to stop swinging his leg because it was hitting the booth. She never asked me if we had been helped or anything. I was disgusted with this place because we had been waiting for 20 min for someone to take my order of course my son got frustrated and was swinging his legs. I will never come back here. This place is trash!!! Do not recommend. I wish I could've got her name because she passed by my table a lot of times and didn't bother to even take my drink. I wish I could've gave this place a negative star. I told the guy at the front as I'm leaving the building and he just looked at me crazy. What a wonderful way to start my day. Thanks to Rosas cafe for appreciating my business.

If you have read my reviews you know I almost always give good reviews and I hate to give bad ones. This is one of those, I filled out the survey and checked I would like to talk to someone but 2 weeks and still noting. 6 of us went in on a Saturday afternoon. 5 tables were occupied. The waiter was brand new, dint know the menu, had to keep coming back and asking us questions when entering the order. drinks went unfilled and when i stopped someone else they said they would tell out waiter, same issue with getting check and again in trying to pay. several items came out wrong, some never got corrected. I like IHOP but this one has big issues and management doesn't care.

I would've given this location 1 star based on the horrible customer service that I've always received the few times I've been here, from food orders being totally wrong, and having to wait for them to remake the order, to call in orders not being ready, despite me arriving at the restaurant a full 20 minutes after they said the order would be ready for pick-up. Then there are the young people that play and laugh instead of seating people, as other reviewers have mentioned. A couple of weeks ago, I gave this place one more try, and I received excellent customer service, because the general manager took my order and prepared it. His name is Karim, and he explained that he is the new general manager. He was very kind and professional, and I hope he is able to turn this location around by hiring new employees, that actually have customer service skills, and want to work. Thanks Karim!
