It has been a really long time since I ate at Olga's and this visit was for sure not an upset. The food was really good espically the snackers of course! It was actually my first time having the snackers and I feel in love. The food was and service were both good as well. For sure would try it out again.
The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious. The restaurant was clean and service was excellent. There was a difficult patron sitting in another booth. Our server was very professional and worked to correct the issue didnt like the seasonong on the snackers.Food: 5/5
Food was super super good! All the food came out super fast but the drinks all took forever!! Besides waiting for a while for drinks and a waiter, the food was super good and nice staff!!
Dirty table when sat.. we moved. Shift change she said. Wife ordered original Olga with three cheese and an order of fries. I ordered the same with the extra meat and their sauce one the side. We both got extra meat and no sauce of either. Our drink glasses still had lipstick on them. Sorry never again.. Olga's can contact me anytime on this visit. Oh $ 36.00 tab..still tipped !
Went here on lunch and the customer service was horrible . Waited 10 minutes to be seated while the manager and a young lady with an earring in her nose which exposed boogers watched me stand there and not acknowledge me and she actually went in the food service area. After I was seated. Two women walk in and were immediately seated and waited on immediately while I was told that my server would be with me in a minute which turned into 10 minutes and she walked right by me and waited on 2 men who came in AFTER me as well. I informed her that I was there first and she continued to wait on them. I asked for a manager who followed up with the BOOGERS lady who lied and said that I had just arrived and I didn't have to eat there if I wanted to. The manager's response was she just arrived and didn't know you were there. But you did sir and did not apologize for your rude staff or your lack of managerial skills.
By far the worst Olga’s I’ve ever been to.. I’ve been supporting Olga’s for years and my experience at this particular location had left such a bad taste in my mouth that I rather order take out from here on out obviously not from here. This location has the nastiest waitresses except for Becky . It’s all just fake smiles and fake conversations for a tip. I watched a waitress service a table full of “non people of color” first before they serviced the table with the “people of color” who arrived way before them. If you want to be treated with no respect, receive mediocre food and deal with half-hearted waitresses who would rather peel off their skin than to service you then visit the Olga’s kitchen in Allen park Michigan, hopefully you’ll be as disappointed as I was. And never want to come back! :
Awful experience. On October 30th, I placed an order through the Olga's call center, as the Olga's strore itself didn't pick up the phone. I ordered two perfect trios. The person I spoke to said it would be 20 minutes. I get to the store 25 minutes after the call, and the cashier told me it would be another 20-30 minutes, but she'll run it out to my car. 35 minutes later I go inside because I'm irritated and hungry, and there my order is. Cold. As soon as the cashier saw me she said "oh no." When I asked her how long this was sitting out she replied "only 10 minutes." Only. When I get home, my friend and I were displeased to learn that our entire order was messed up. My sandwich had onions- which I'm allergic to, my soups were wrong, and she got an entirely different sandwich. I called the store, and Haley who now works at the Monroe Olga's said I should expect a full refund in five days. I've still not have gotten that. So I called the store again, and the new absolutely rude manager basically said she would not give me a refund and that I didn't get food there despite me having the proof. I'm ticked off. We are in a recession and you don't get to spend $30+ on a meal everyday and when you do, you should have it made without it being a threat to your health. I want my money back. I hope that the owner reaches out soon.
I will never order delivery from this location again. Part of my order was three baskets of snackers and two extra Swiss almond cheeses. Zero Swiss almond cheeses were in the bag. Snackers are nothing without the cheese. What a huge waste of money, food and time. Very disappointed customer.
Idk If it's Me, but Every Single time I Come in here. I Literally have to wait for someone to either service me or grab my food for me. I work in this plaza, an have 30 mintues for lunch I don't feel I should have to wait 10 plus mintues to pick up an order.... Today I walked in and made eye contact with a waitress. But still was having to wait with no one at the front to address me. I just Wanted a Lemonade !! I just walked out an took my business some where else.
Enjoyed our visit to one of our long time favorite places. The Classic Olga was as good as usual. Mariah mixed my Arnie Palmer just right. Not too sweet . They weren't too busy for a Friday night. Service was a bit slow though, which was odd. But friendly staff and good food make up for that
