Very slow service. Waited 15+ minutes for a bagel that they didn’t even have. I then asked the manager for other vegan options and she did not know any types of bagels that were vegan. Didn’t even offer a refund for the bagel either. Ended up ordering an everything bagel and waited another 10 minutes for this sad excuse for food. Coffee was probably the worst I’ve seen at any restaurant. My 15$ Mr. Coffee maker can make cheaper and better tasting coffee than this Panera. Terrible service and a huge disappointment for Panera. Not to mention I left a $3 tip, I wish I could take it back.

Bakery stuff is great and they have good drinks as well. I ordered the frontega chicken and I was so disappointed with my sandwich I didn't eat it and asked for a refund. There was very little in it and looked very sad, not worth what I paid.

I give up on Panera. $16 for a soup salad and drink and this is how much chicken comes on my frontega chicken sandwich. It took me two bites to eat what little chicken and tomato and cheese came on my sandwich. Not to mention that the sauce that’s usually on there wasn’t so it was just dry and tasted like nothing. And then to top it all off I left before checking my order completely and they gave me the wrong soup but I had to go back to work. Panera is out of chances I’m so done. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

This went into the trash. It was right out of the oven yet it was cold. Even if it was baked in the devils oven and was given to me in flames it still wouldn't be good. Frozen pizza is better and I can't stand frozen pizza. On the bright side the service was outstanding and I will cross the globe for their cookies.

three times in a row this was my chicken caesar salad. no chicken no croutons. all they can do is say sorry. also missing food items. when asked to remake food 20 minutes went by.

Very slow wait for food, around 40 minutes. There were no more lids for drinks in soda fountain area. There was no where to put our dirty plates and bowls when done eating as stacks of dishes were left in restaurant area on top of garbage bins without staff coming around the clean up. The restaurant was very clearly understaffed. If we had been warned about the long wait it would have helped manage our expectations or we could have went somewhere else. The food was thankfully good and hot when we did get it which is why I added a star.

I was at this store yesterday afternoon around 3:00 pm. There weren’t many cars in the parking lot. A few of us entered the store while I was there. Upon entering a customer, not an employee, warned us to watch out for the large coffee spill just inside the door. When I left, this same customer was returning soaking towels of the coffee she wiped up to a staff member! Three of us waited for some time at the cash register but none of the 7 or so staff members came to assist. I ordered my coffee at the terminal instead. First of all, I found the half and half creamer container was empty. I managed to flag someone down to refill it. When I opened the tab and began drinking the coffee in my car, I found that it was barely warm. I’m never returning to this location again.

I generally try not to leave bad reviews honestly, but if you can avoid this panera I probably would. The food is fine, it's standardized, but the service is the worst. For some context, I travel for work, and I go to panera a lot, in a lot of different cities, because I have the SIP club. But this panera is THE SLOWEST I've ever been to. I place my orders ahead of time, and it still takes them over 20 minutes to make an egg sandwich, when the only other order is a single bagel.  They never have coffee ready at open which is around when I leave for work, and then get rude when you ask about it. One person here is EXTREMELY rude, and gave me an attitude once for putting in my number while I waited for her to grab someone's order, who then wanted to add something else after being rung out. I just wanted a single coffee, which would have been free for me anyway.  They have made me late for work almost every time I order here.  So, yeah.  The two stars is for the food, the service gets 0.  If you live downriver, try one of the other locations instead.

First time in Panera in over 10 years. This place is far from the good place it use to be. Restaurant was dirty and looked slightly run down from what it use to look like. I ordered a Cinnamon crunch bagel and Mocha coffee casher had no clue what a mocha was… although that is what it is called in coffee places all over the world. Panera calls it a chocolate latte now… In the past when you ordered anything from the bakery side, you got your items on that side and it was fairly quick! Now you have to get in line and wait on the end where the sandwiches and meals are served. I stood there for over 15 mins waiting for a coffee and bagel.. then she gave me the wrong bagel and when I pointed it out, the employee looked at me like I was speaking another language! I then went back to the front and complained and in a condescending attitude, the manager gave me a quick lesson on what the bagels are named and took her sweet time getting me the right bagel! The Employees including the manager are absolutely Rude and I will be contacting Panera corporate to file a complaint. I will never go back in that Panera location again!
