The place was clean and the staff friendly and engaged. The management here seems to have their act together. Had the Cubano sandwich and a milk shake. No complaints. Fast, fresh, friendly food.
My sub and shake comes out to around $20 so I don’t go here too often, but it’s definitely my favorite sub shop. The Wreck is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The workers are always very friendly as well. Thanks for doing what you do and keep up the hard work!
Ordered through uber eats. Got the Italian sandwich and Tuna Salad sandwich with mac and cheese and cheddar broccoli soup. The Italian was great..with extra meet and cheese may be the key. The soup was good. The mac and cheese could have been better. The Tuna salad came with no tuna on it...after really looking at it they hadn't forgotten the tuna.. they had put on a layer like light mayo on it. I called to complain and they told me they could do nothing about it.. that somehow it was uber's fault and uber needed to fix it. Like I want uber opening up my food to make sure it is right. The customer service was horrid. They literally blamed the delivery service. And who makes a sandwich with almost no tuna on it to the point I was sure there wasn't tuna on it.. it looked like part of the bread. Will never go back. This is my second 2 star. It takes a lot to go below three for me.
Although I did not come in for a sandwich, the service was very nice especially when Abdul and Kim helped me get directions back to my home after my phone had died. Thank you!
The lady wearing a bandana was so rude and we even saw her cough without covering her mouth near food. Will NOT be returning to this location.
