I’ve been so excited since this location opened; it was the first location in metro Detroit aside from Oakland university and Harper hospital. Lines were super long when they first opened, but it has definitely died down recently. Even when the lines were long; the wait wasn’t as long as you’d expect. I visited earlier this week and I was reminded why I enjoy going there so much. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. The gentleman that gave me my food even addressed me as Miss Paige my name is Paige and complimented my nails he was very sweet. Everyone there seems to really love their job and I’m happy to support a company who apparently treats their staff so well. I’d also like to point out that they verify your order twice, with two different people to alleviate any potential issues. I have been here probably 20 times and have never had a single problem with my order. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with pepper jack . Perfectly spicy without being painful to eat. Fries are perfect. I love that their chicken nuggets are made with real pieces of chicken and not mystery slime. Oh, a s they have great Mac & cheese for a fast food place! It tastes like something your southern grandma makes. Highly recommend!
I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time however I will not be going back. They always mess up my order and forget stuff . Today I ordered a spicy southwest salad and got left over shredded chicken in my salad. Looks nothing like normal. I order this salad often I know what they look like .
my boyfriend and I usually go here often and the food is usually fresh , this time i was so disappointed finding a cockroach literally on top of my sandwich after waiting 45 minutes in curbside … i then had to wait another 30 in my car waiting for them to bring me my new sandwich it was disgusting i had 3 other people and none of us wanted to eat our food after that. they offered to replace the sand which which we did take but i don’t know if we will be coming back to this location
I was very excited when this opened but Today I ordered my usual two egg white muffin sandwiches, I usually go to Woodhaven location. The chicken was not even half an inch thick, both sandwiches had almost no chicken on them. Also the chicken tasted like it was made yesterday, was very dried out. I have them a two star because they were nice and had good service but it doesn’t mean much when the food wasn’t up to standard. I highly recommend going to the Woodhaven location over this one. This doesn’t show how good Chick-Fil-A actually is. Will not be going to this location again.
Why is this the worst chick fil a in the country? I usually avoid this location like the plague but I was in the area today and decided to give it another try. The only positive part of this experience was my order taker who was happy and kind. I placed my order for a 12 piece nugget with Mac and cheese and frozen strawberry lemonade at 10:48 and didn’t receive my order until 11:10. 22 minutes for fast food is atrocious not to mention they had to remake my drink because the order was wrong and my mac and cheese noodles are still raw. Won’t be coming back again. Absolute dumpster fire the way this location operates in comparison to others..thanks for nothing!!
I’ve been coming here for some time now… my routine is to place breakfast order via phone at 9:45am, get here around 10:20 and by 10:35, I’ll get my breakfast food. Then at 10:30am, I’ll place my lunch order. All for dine-in. Few things I’ve noticed. Drinks are brought out separately from your main order. This is the only chick-fil-a that does this. Not sure why but it’s such a waste. I wouldn’t complain if they actually bring the drink, but the drink ends up in the mobile area pick up even though it’s for DINE IN. It clearly states that in the ticket and the person that dropped off my food even stated the drinks will be coming soon. So today, I went got my main food items and waited for 10 minutes for my drink to arrive, as they told me my drinks are on its way. Sure enough, I went to mobile pick area and my drink was sitting there. This place is also the slowest when it comes to delivering food to your table. Not sure if they are understaffed or what but I hope they work out the issues. For now, please deliver the drinks with the main order, why is it separate? Doesn’t make any sense whatsoever!!!!
Probably one of my least happy experiences with Chick-fil-a due to circumstances mostly beyond their control. I find that these stores typically attract a much higher customer volume than the design can accommodate. Drive throughs are never long enough and kitchen and counter space is often insufficient. This store was packed with employees in the kitchen practically tripping over each other trying to complete the many orders. I’m glad they removed a bunch of furniture to permit people to stand around to wait for their orders to come out and get placed on the pick up shelves. When I finally got my order they had forgotten a milkshake and took another five minutes to figure that out. The food is always amazing and if it weren’t for that fact we would go elsewhere… they really do have the best chicken sandwiches, best waffle fries, and best milkshakes around…
Slowest Chick-fil-A ever. I placed a mobile order FOR BREAKFAST, went thru the drive thru to pick it up and STILL had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for my food. Will not be coming to this location again.
My Goodness! First time for us 3..Thought the chicken was thick..moist & tasty..not real greasy..waffle fries where very good..I found everything a little bit salty for my taste...The cashier was very helpful and friendly the food server was very kind & very professional..love the kindness that was projected and the patience that was shown when ordering..We will be back! All was good! Thank You!
I ordered ahead of time, first time placing an order through the app. App is simple, clear, so easy to use. I love that it uses your location to start preparing your food. Staff at the drive thru was very nice. I went around 11, but it wasn’t busy at all. The chicken sandwich is great, love the lemonade.
