I contacted Olin to investigate a plumbing issue. Customer service was polite and prompt. Joe showed up at the house on time and called me on my cell. He isolated the leak to an air conditioner that was building condensation, and also identified some grout that needed to repair. I offered to pay him for his time and he refused. Integrity - some people have it and some people do not. If you want good service and someone who looks after your interests, try Olin. I hope your experience is as good as mine was.

I had a main clog, all of the drainage was being backed up into my bathtub.  I called at 5pm and Olin Plumbing was able to get me an appointment the next day. Joe came out and was so friendly, efficient and caring.  I would highly recommend Joe from Olin Plumbing!

I had a great experience with Olin Plumbing from start to finish. I received a call from the office to let me know that Joe was on his way. Joe replaced a garbage disposal and snaked a shower drain. He even took the time to show me how to shut the water off for the house. Joe was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Olin Plumbing!

We had a water heater break on Thanksgiving Day.  We called one plumber who said they would call us the morning after, once they procured the replacement heater.  They didn't call.  When I called them, they said it would be at least Monday before they could get to it.  So, I googled and found Olin.  Olin answered right away, sent someone out to find out exactly what was needed and had a new tank arrive within an hour.  In the meantime, Joe came out to remove the old tank.  He was very knowledgable, polite and hard working.  It wasn't an easy install given the tight fit but Joe made it work.  He cleaned up once done and even repainted the yellow post that by code must be in front of the heater when it's in a garage.  He also fixed a shower head that was unrelated to the water heater replacement.  The fast, skilled work of Joe and the responsiveness of the Olin team is why I will use them for future plumbing work.

We had Joe with Olin Plumbing come to our house on a Sunday to fix an issue with a blocked pipe.  Joe was extremely polite to my family and specifically my 22 month old who wanted to watch everything that Joe did.  An explanation of the work Joe was going to perform was clearly explained to us before he began.  Joe was also very efficient with his work.  I'd recommend Joe and Olin Plumbing to others.
