I've visited Olive Garden quite often for great eats.. On Holiday occasions and just average days. Today stuck out due to one server in particular. I went in today (Valentines Day) to grab a to go order from the bar. I was greeted by Eli behind the bar, at a packed house. He was extremely swamped and it appeared he may have been in-training as well, with another bartender sort of double-checking. However - as a former server myself - her double checking was completely unnecessary. Eli handled himself like a seasoned service industry professional. He was extremely courteous, and very knowledgable. I asked him several different questions about the menu and he answered them without hesitation. Even knowing he had a full bar to attend to after myself. My meal came out as requested with zero complaints on my end. A definite keeper, Olive Garden. All restaurants should have an Eli. A+++ service

The food was good just as at any olive garden. I was surprised by the service our server was Nikki and she was amazing she went above and beyond, she checked up on us frequently making sure our drinks were filled and we had breadsticks. She is very kind and has a great attitude.

Great food and service. Employees always have smiles on there faces and a polite. Always a great place for a get together.

It's pretty good. Tasty food in good-sized portions at reasonable prices with unlimited salad and breadsticks. The salad has been hit-or-miss for me; once it was great, once it was wilty. The beer selection is terrible (the only non-lite option is gluten-free) and over-priced, so I don't go here when I want a drink with my meal. All that said, this is where I go for casual Italian in Rochester.

The food is amazing. The appearance and decor on the inside is aesthetic. But it is a little pricy.
