Off the bat, amazing staff! Great menu, lots of selection. Portions were huge! Definitely recommend their pizza and baked pasta

I absolutely loved this restaurant. So glad we tried it. Started with a pizza. The crust was amazing, right amount of toppings and cheese. Then I had the chicken parmesan meal. It was huge serving but delicious. The service was fantastic, lovely ladies that were working.Food: 5/5

What a poor experience recently. Food ordered was expensive $50 for 1 ravioli and 1 medium pizza. We wanted something good thinking Milanos was the place to order from. The food was so bad, I felt ill after just eating a little of pizza and a few bites of the ravioli. The ravioli tasted like it was made with old, fridge tasting sauce and noodles did not have a fresh texture to them. I think it was foul and made me sick as well. The pizza was dry, little sauce, arrived barely warm. It did not taste like a fresh baked pizza.the garlic bread tasted like the dirty,oily pan it was grilled in. It was disgusting. I am not a picky eater but something went horribly wrong at the NANAIMO MILANOS! That was the fixable part. I contacted Milanos twice to resolve the issue. All I wanted was the food I threw out replaced. I thought they would be all over it to make it right. Here is the worst part of the experience which is that they did not acknowledge any messages or emails about my complaint. I write this regretfully as I love to support local restaurants. This was such a turn off I need to share the results of my experience to save someone else money, hassles and from being sick. Hopefully management can turn this around or they won’t last serving garbage at high prices. Milanos you can still contact me. I forgive easily.

Went there with the family and had a terrific meal. They were extremely busy but our waitress was a champ and handled our table with efficiency and a smile. I would definitely go there again.

MEAL IS COLD/ DISAPPOINTING My boyfriend & I, decided to dine in at Milano Restaurant in Nanaimo BC, Canada dated April 25,2022. The kitchen was busy on a Monday night and we waited patiently. After 28 mns waiting the food finally served but what a big disappointment when i tasted my mixed vegetables, they are cold like just came out from the fridge and so mashy, same with my roasted potatoes, so far the roast lamb was not bad little bit warm, i requested the server nicely to replace the cold veges & potatoes to warm instead. Of course i have to wait another 25mns, for the time being while waiting, i ate my lamb meat and my tummy got full before the new veges & potatoes been served. My experienced tonight was disappointing. My previous visits in this restaurant were good but not this one. Supposed to be it’s my cheat meal and treat to myself after a week of hard work & 2 weeks of keto meal. Our lady server did not even offer anything to make me feel better. Poor service plus my meal is not that cheap $24.+ Gloria from West Vancouver, BC.

The pizza wasn't crispy enough for me, and I didn't find a blue cheese pizza, which was a bit disappointing for me. The salmon dish was tasty and cooked very well with the vegetables.Food: 4/5

Amazing food, huge menu, ample portions, full bar and great service. Go. You won't be dissappointed.

We went here last week for a Birthday dinner and everything about our experience was fantastic! The waitress was the best I've ever had. While I was boxing up my leftover pizza the box slipped off the table and all the pizza was on the floor. I couldn't believe it. The waitress felt so bad she had the kitchen make me the equivalent pizza size to what fell on the floor so I could take it home. It was the nicest thing. Food was excellent! Everything from the pizza to bowtie pasta & salads were delicious! We'll be back again for sure. Kid-friendliness: The kids were able to eat pretty much everything on the menu. They loved the pizza! Parking: Lots of parking available

The first time here, they were too sweet and nice. I had made a mistake on my ordering . Along with a non confirmed item of exactly what we wanted. This darn place gave me the meal at the cost of the one I had ordered. On a busy Friday evening. These fine people made me feel like family. Kinâskômatîn thank you. Kudos for your kindness. One loyal Taurus Kid-friendliness: I saw a child Parking: A little too close together Wheelchair accessibility: Standard access, so a handi spot and a dip on the sidewalk near the restaurants, so standard is not built for actual accessibility but it is there. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free/friendly very well done.

I find the atmosphere very cozy. The food is very good. The servers are very good. The only negative is the very tight parking lot. It was super busy last night Nov5 and things were well run. I devoured a tiramisu after my meal. Great staff!
