Mike and the team at M&N are wonderful.  The first time we brought our van in I was unable to really describe the problem so Mike took a test drive with me in the van.  I don't remember ever having a mechanic do this.  They diagnosed the problems and made the suggestions for repairs but did not pressure me into making more than I could afford at the time.  All the work was satisfactory and I left with our van no longer having squeaking brakes.  

Not only do they know what they are doing they continue to show me and my family exceptional customer service.  From the simple things of greeting with a "Good morning, sir" to the willingness to answer questions and keep you posted on what is happening with your vehicle.  If you are looking for a mechanic that is reliable, trustworthy and cares about the people who come in and their community - check out M&N.

First of all. I have never trusted an Auto repair shop more then M & N.  Both Mike and Vicky are amazing people. Along with the rest of the crew whom does fine work.  I've been taking my GMC there for about three years now.  The first time was to get a problem my baby had fixed, where he wouldn't start. After another shop had pushed me away from messing up a repair dealing with the breaks. No only M & N find out there was more then just the start up problem wrong, but they explained everything and didn't pressure me to fix it. I went through with it because of how reliable my baby is to me. From then on I've been going there for oil changes, and other repairs.

(As of 10/2017. I am still going to this wonderful job.  They still take great care of my van an their sweet people. They get everything done in a timely manner, and look out for you. )

A good mechanic: always tries his/her best to provide you with an accurate diagnosis, provides you with all the information and makes recommendation, allows you to make your own decision (without pressure and/or lies),  has common sense, experience, knowledge and truly cares about your car. At M&N Absolute Auto Repair you get all this, plus the nice ladies up front. Highly recommend!

I recently took my car to Mike for repair twice. First time the car died on the road and was towed there.  Mike immediately identified the cause of the problem and repaired the car promptly to my satisfaction.  I specially appreciated they time they took explaining and answering my questions.  Because of the quality of the service I received and also reasonable price, I took the car back there the second time, even the shop was quite out of my way.

Me and my partner will be loyal to this shop for as long as we live in this state. 
My Scion TC and her VW Tiguan have been given incredible service with lots of love put into these mechanics' work. Every time I call they know who I am. I am so glad to have found this place and the lovely people working here. 
There's nothing more I need in a shop than to know without a doubt that my baby (the TC) is being cared for and I'll never doubt that the shop has my best interests in mind.
