Started shipping here when I first found out about the place maybe 7 years ago. Back then the quality of the clothes was a hit or miss. I'm a bargain shopper so I always find what's good for my penny. No complaints there until I bought 2 winter shirts and they both had stains on them. It's funny because they have this absolute rule of no stains. No biggie, I kept it and used it for play clothes. Then I tried selling several times and half of those times they didn't buy half the clothes. After going so many times I realize it all depends on who sorts your clothes. Half the time these employees are talking and talking about their life, parties, x person or the weather rather than rushing to do their sorting. The most I have gotten from them has been maybe $25 bucks but that's ok. They have strict rules as to what they accept, one time they didn't sort any of the clothes because it smelled like moth balls?? Something I don't use at home. All clothes are always washed, folded as per request. The last incident I had with them was their staff and their unfriendliness. Although I must say, if customer service ain't your thing, perhaps find a new job? I won't be shopping here anymore because I find brand new clothes off season for the same price!

Complete waste of time. You don't get anything back for items you're selling. I had hundreds of dollars worth of clothes that were still gently used but was told they weren't acceptable which is ridiculous. Nothing wrong with them. I only received 25 dollars for 3 toys that were almost new and well over 100 combined and a few of the clothes I purchased. Overall wouldn't waste my time there. Mom to mom in sandston va is much better.

I never sell to them. Even after having everything professionally laundered (and we do not smoke at all) I was told that my items were unacceptable. When they have taken items, it's at a very low price. I make much more money selling items on classified sites. Buying is very hit or miss. Sometimes I find great items for my kids, other times I leave empty handed. Some of their pricing is a little weird. I have also come across a few items that did indeed smell like cigarette smoke. Their sales are usually good and they currently have quite a good selection of Easter dresses. The selection of hairbows is huge. Every color you could ever need. This location does have carts- which is a MAJOR plus.

Terrible, terrible store for selling ANYTHING. Better off throwing your stuff in a river. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

If your not shopping here I don't know what your waiting for. They have all the top brands and they are at least 50% below department store prices! I take my daughter's clothes here at the end of each season and the money they pay me I use to purchase clothing for the next season! I just love shopping here, the staff is always so friendly too!
