Walked in with a simple question about purchasing the new iPad. Proceeded to wait 20 minutes before the associate asked another team member who responded “no, but you can order it”. Great teamwork guys 🙄 Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my life.

The customer service was above and beyond expectations, the store layout and cleanliness was impeccable. The associate I saw was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable, and wait time was very minimal due to the expertise and efficiency of the employees. The manager on shift was remarkable and friendly and took time to greet each customer and ensure their needs were being met in a timely manner. Overall just a wonderful experience in customer service and professionalism.
