Shocked by rudeness! Went there to buy everything needed for my mother-in-laws 80th party. My daughters had fun looking at all the fun party supplies but got a bit loud and excited so I had to hush them a couple times as they were bringing me different items from around the store that they thought  might be fun for the party.  A lady came up to me and my sister and law and yelled that my kids were "destroying her store". Embarrassed that I hadn't kept better track of them, I apologized and told my kids to make sure that everything they had been taking out was put away in its proper spot.  I looked through the aisles to find misplaced items myself to put away but couldn't find any. My kids couldn't either, they actually had been putting things back as they initially said when I first scolded them. No wonder the girls looked hurt and confused at the reprimand from he lady and then me.  Stumped, I quietly apologized to my kids and told them to stick by me and we'd just finish up and get out of there. But as we shopped the angry lady glared straight at me, arms crossed as I picked out additional items. Even followed me briefly as I moved to another aisle.  Gave a short, curt answer to a question I had. Very rude. Then as I stood in line to pay, it kind of ate away at me, why am I spending all this money at a store that is treating me like this?  I probably had $300 of stuff in the cart. I decided it was worth the time and money to just leave and go to the Party City in Bloomington. And SO glad I did. Sweet and cheery staff, laughed and joked with us, teasing my daughter that she looked so young to be turning 80 when they saw the birthday candles. Couldn't have been a more opposite experience.  Definitely worth the extra drive to the Bloomington store that appreciates families. Even those that get a little excited around party supplies. ;)

Workers try to be helpful but seem to get very flustered when there are a few people in line who need balloons.

Lots of items but not much for kiddie sports party stuff. Also, none too cheap.
