I love these guys they are very professional at their job. I would recommend them to anyone. They definantly know what they are doing, they have excellent customer service skills and they will even work with you on payments. Their prices are the best around and the owner has been doing it over 20yrs.

Had a problem a weird noise going on. It was a small thing and they fixed it. They didnt charge me for the diagnosis. I was greeted fast and were really nice people.

I was on vacation and experienced issues with my car starting. One Stop was very friendly on the phone. When the tow truck dropped off my car, they immediately started to diagnose the problem. They determined it was a battery issue: the battery was very reasonably priced. Labor costs were very minimal. 

I was also experiencing problems with my CD player. I took it back the next day. Reynaldo worked on it for an hour & it was beyond repair. I was not charged anything for the labor, even though I tried to.

My experience was very positive.

Had a problem on my moms Mazda MPV van with fuel door. We pulled in and where greeted quickly. They helped in diagnosing the problem and fixed it for free! Thank you One stop!!! Life savers!

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEIF. (MAJOR CROOK) I would not even post a single star on the mechanic, they are located in  a small town and primely prey on old people and people who live a simple life, I brought a vehicle in for the 69 dollar  ac service  the vehicle came out with more damage then it went in originally. They wrote receipts for work they did not do, then I get the vehicle home and the AC was not even fixed. I call, bring back and it has cool air coming out now the fan does not work, along with an entire separate issue of a cable they disconnected and told me the cable needed to be replaced. after taking to Mike's Mechanic in Gardnerville, NV all the work they (at One Stop Rip-off) claimed to have done...WAS NOT. The consumer has the right to choose but once they get you in the door it is games with bait and switch and breaking more on a vehicle so they can charge you "The Consumer" to pay them for 8 hours of labor @ 75 dollars an hour and then spend 10 minutes hooking up what they disconnected. I am angry and most people will ignore this but i felt it was my responsibility to report such scams in my home town of Minden, Gardnerville. You have been warned stay away from ONe stop rippoff and Marco, the con man owner.
