Deluca replaced our entire roof 14 years ago. Great job, professional from start to finish. 
Early this week small leak started. I contacted their office and was greeted warmly, explained the problem and was offered a service call with a possible charge of 125.00 dollars. I booked the appointment. 
Two men arrived today ( 1/2 hour early) and following a discussion about where the leak appeared and where it might originate, the men went on the roof. They quickly identified an exposed nail and remedied the problem.
I was even more impressed when they said “no charge!”.
My Deluca experience extends more than a decade and in an era where we hear stories of substandard workmanship and unprofessional behaviour, I continue to have faith in this company.
When the time comes to replace my roof there is little doubt about who I will call.

I have just received some more excellent service from DeLuca Roofing. Shanon worked on our roof repairing some blown off shingles from a winter storm. Great work and excellent customer skills. I would highly recommend Mike DeLuca and his fantastic company. Thanks again. Tom

New roof done in early October 2016. Lost many shingles yesterday including a large area completely gone. Have called and emailed numerous times in last two days and not a single call back. Customer service? What customer service. Claim they have best customer service in southern ontario. That may be true if you at least attempted to call back. Will not recommend. Talk a big talk in sales, post a good talk on website, time to back up your product and service.

I would not hire this company. My neighbor was told in May that they would do her roof in 3-4 weeks. It is now end of September and the roof is still not done.

We had a wonderful experience with Deluca Roofing. Our shingles needed to be replaced after that awesome display of wind gusts, I called Deluca because they installed our roof 8 years ago and they were here the next day swiftly fixing our missing shingles. We would totally recommend Deluca. Customer service and the roofers were all friendly
