A very substandard job. Make sure EVERYTHING is in writing! Do not pay until someone who knows roofing has inspected it!!!

Did not replace water diverters, they damaged soffits, tar left on walkway and stonework in front. Many emails and calls and lots of reassuring that they would take care of it with no follow through. They were cheap, which is why we chose to go with them, but they did damage to my property which I now have to repair.

Complete Roofing did a quality job with my roof shingling this year. They use only high quality products (such as the GAF roofing system I used), and workmanship. I have a gorgeous roof, that now adds so much for curb appeal, all backed by a rock-solid 50 year non-prorated warranty for material and labour (I paid $150 extra for this), and the overall cost to re-roof was very competitive with other roofers. I would never let any other company touch my roof except Complete Roofing.

Complete Roofing was an incredible experience. From the moment they arrived at my door to do an estimate to the minute they finished, everything went as planned and they did a great job at tending to my needs. The people working for this company are excellent and every one of my questions was answered immediately and effectively. No complaints. I am currently having them come back and upgrade my insulation as well. High recommended! Worth the price!
