First off, I rarely write reviews, good or bad. However, after my experience with Sameday Roofing I feel compelled to give these guys a job well done. Richard and Shane worked their tales off to get my rather large roof finished in one day. The crew were courteous, worked hard, and any mess that was made was promptly cleaned up. Tarps were laid down at the beginning of the day and old shingles were dumped into a bin on my driveway. Richard and Shane were great to deal with and run a tight ship, I think it says a lot about a company when the owner is literally sweeping and cleaning at the end of the day with the rest of his team members. Richard and Shane set the tone, and everyone was on the same page and did their part to get the roof done properly. They weren't the cheapest but were definitely competitive, they take pride in their work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Great service and even better looking finished product. They were quick and very professional.  I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get roof work done.

Excellent experience with Sameday roofing.
 I had water leak Friday night, On Saturday called several contractors no one even reply back. When I called Sameday Roofing replay was immediate, beside busy schedule they had, they understood and took care of me, plus went above and behind my needs. 
Great service, great people.

Horrible customer service when requesting a quote. I mentioned that I had another company coming to get a quote (like most people do... I'm not just going to go with the first place I call) and was told they weren't going to waste their time playing the game of lowest price.  'If you have someone coming who is willing to do they work why would I bother wasting my time'. I said another company could give a rough estimate on the phone and he was not willing to do that. I explained that this company was my first choice based on BBB ratings, and after waiting almost a week for a call back I had to move on to call other companies but still wanted to use them. He agreed that they are the best but aren't willing to complete with someone else, that they are too busy to deal with it. 

Towards the end of the call I felt he was yelling at me for doing my research and trying to find the best company for my family.

Excellent service from Richard, Sameday's owner, and his crew (Shane, Dave). We had left a message on their voice mail following a severe wind storm this week as we had lost some shingles on our 7 year old home. Richard was back to us very promptly and told us he would have a crew over quickly. Richard followed with another phone call to say his crew would be on their way soon. Shane and team made fantastic repairs, matching up our roof shingles exactly. They were courteous, operated with the utmost safety, and cleaned everything once finished. Richard's price was very fair for this service call and we will be hiring them when our roof needs full replacement.
