Have had to go there a couple times for 2 different business filings for Notary and also for some other professional  services for our business and the staff was always friendly, accommodating and the was little or no wait the 3 times we went.

Called to rectify a clerical error which from all appearances was on their end; was transferred to someone who identified themselves as "Tiffany" who proceeded to refuse to help, or provide explanation, and then, as I pressed for answers, insulted my ministerial credentials and, bizarrely, threatened to contact the couple I had just officiated the wedding of. Finally hung up on me because she apparently had to go to a funeral.

Awful. The least professional experience I have ever encountered anywhere, to be frank.
