I absolutely love Orange Theory Fitness! The coaches bring so much passion and energy! Even on days I don't feel like working out and within minutes I'm excited to work hard and sweat for one hour! That's all it takes by the way, one hour! And I burn more calories than I ever did on my own and I'd sometimes stay at the gym for almost 2 hours! Definitely worth every penny!

From start to finish I loved everything about my visit. The staff member who scheduled me was incredible and the staff that met me and the instructor they were all perfect :) they made me feel so comfortable and right at home. The class was so fun! I love how challenging it is but you don’t realize how hard you are working. I haven’t had that much enjoyment from a workout in a long time!

I have been an Orangetheory member for over 2 years. I truly saw the benefits of OT recently when I left the country for a month and a half. Even though I worked out on my own while abroad, I could tell immediately that I was not reaching the same level of intensity that I did at Orangetheory. When returning back, the coaches were very supportive and motivated me to go back to my original fitness level and exceed that level. I am very pleased with the atmosphere and community at OT fitness and how I continue to elevate my personal fitness goals. Thanks OT for shaping my fitness journey!

I LOVE Orange Theory Fitness! The workout is fantastic; I'm feeling healthier, losing weight and more fit than I've been in quite sometime. The coaches are an added bonus; they are motivating & informative. Great place to be from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I'm thankful that my daughter, Laura, encourage me to join OTF!

Orange Theory has been a great option for me. I always wanted to incorporate cardio and weights into my workouts, but workout best when I have someone coaching me on what to do. I also really enjoy the "competitive" nature of the heart rate monitor screen. I am always competing with myself throughout my workout. The coaches are always very encouraging no matter if you are a beginner or super advanced. I definitely recommend Orange theory to those looking for a workout program!
