Good local place to workout not big but has all the equipment needed. Take advantage of training they do half hour sessions that are affordable and worth the money. It seems like a muscle house but really is just a bunch of your neighbors seriously working out. Not posers.

Great gym! The staff is always so friendly, facility is always clean, and they have everything you need to get a great workout in.

Nice place for the price, but wish they'd turn the heat on in the winter. I'm sweating working out, but it's 60 on the thermostat - pretty cold.

This is not a good place. First, I left this gym because I heard the owner talking about her own customers. I always brushed it off until one day a couple in front of me asked about the wifi because it had been out a few days, when they walked away she told her employees how ******* unappreciative people are and how they complain when the get "free wifi" I canceled my membership after this. I saw a recent post by their local gym and commented my experience. They deleted and blocked my account so only good reviews and comments show up. I then got on a friends facebook to see and someone else mentioned they had deleted comments on them as well. I had my friends post about why they delete comments and the owner lied on the comments stating they never delete posts. That was such a lie, she then deleted his comments and blocked him as well.

Inexpensive place to get your workout done, whenever you want to do it. The equipment is new and high quality.
