The gym is in the basement but it's quite clean and not overcrowded. It also has a nice floor so my daughter can practice her dancing after working out.

Equipment goes down for several weeks at a time, the manager is obnoxious and just plain stupid. They offer a complimentary training session but theres very little training done and mostly just talking, and then after they try to sell you a training package that is five to ten times the cost of a trainer at another gym. The showers have bits of mold growing in certain parts of the stalls, the treadmills are outdated and the place becomes so crowded at certain times its next to impossible to do a proper workout. Go to anytime or snap fitness.

Popped by while visiting the area for work in the morning. Location is smaller and has all the necessary equipment to get a good workout in. I imagine the gym getting busy in the evenings but there wasn't much traffic in the morning.

Place is fine. Sure, it's in the basement, but it's well lit and it doesn't bother me. Equipment is a bit dated, but fully functional, and not really worn down. Some treadmills make way too much noise, but it likely won't hold you back from getting a good workout. I don't love that stuff left in locker rooms goes missing to a point where they put signs warning members not to leave anything unlocked. That includes shoes and jackets (for which they actually provide racks in the open). Anyway, with that aside, the gym is very acceptable for people who actually want to workout, and the staff is real nice. If you want luxury tho, this isn't the place. Try Lifetime instead.
