Read some reviews and I would like to add their busy times are up and down but I recommend calling ahead to tell them you're coming to ensure prompt service. This nail salon is by far my favorite, I travel a lot but always come back to this one. This is a newer, upscale, and clean spa. I see Nancy as my nail tech use to do just gel nails but moved to gel acrylic powder which is hard to find. She is very knowledgeable with all the nails styles and shapes, makes my nails perfect! I highly recommend this salon!

My best friend and I were looking to get our nails done together so we decided to stop at orchid (never had been before). We walk in and I tell them that I was getting a fill and she was getting a full set. They told her to have a seat and it will be a few minutes. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES go by and none of the employees or the manager told her it was going to take that long and none of them apologized until I confronted the owner. They  ignored the situation until I asked my nail tech to talk to the owner and that was when she FOLLOWED ME and stood there listening into to my conversation with the owner, very unprofessional might I add. She didn't offer me anything, just kept saying sorry. my nails did look good, until one fell off 4 days later.

I had an appointment and I was waiting for an hour. I scheduled an appointment so I wouldn't be late for work. This is not professional.

The best pedicure I have found. I love the hot stone massage. It is always a relaxing pleasant experience.
