Im new to the area, and I am not a fan of large commercial gyms so this place is perfect. I walked in and enjoyed how clean it was and how friendly the staff was to me, Jonathan was helping that day. It's smaller yes, but no distractions.

Nice place but the equipment is a tad dated. Mostly locals. Good gym all together

The people are so nice and encouraging (all hours of the day) and the facility is kept extremely clean.  Diversity in equipment as well.  Great place for people of all ages!

Don't listen to the whiny, entitled person who gave this place one star. The staff are very friendly, the members are the nicest people I've ever met, and everything is clean and well maintained. The classes are awesome, the pool and sauna are great, there is a very good variety of equipment, and I love that you can bring guests on Fridays (extra motivation!). It may be a little strange for me to feel this way about a gym, but Tarpon Total Fitness is actually my favorite business in Tarpon Springs.
