I came in here briefly to make a delivery.  I was impressed by it in many ways.  It has a great atmosphere - seating outside is in a garden-like area.  The food is of great quality!  My only qualm is that it is small and can get backed up pretty easily.  However, they do a great job of staying positive and making sure everyone is taken care of, even during rushes.  It's a great place to come with friends and hang out or just to have your own meal get-a-way.

I ordered the cheat day wrap to go and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The salsa added a nice touch to it as well so I recommend getting that. I think having potato of some kind instead of rice might be better but I'm no chef so. This was a nice quint place and I'll be back for the patio when it's cooler.

I come to this place every now and again when I want a healthy, filling meal. I got the Thai Chicken Protein Bowl as I usually do, but I ask for mine with no mushrooms, 'cause beats me why anyone eats those slimy things. I paid with debit, and don't tip for counter-service that isn't coffee, unless by the end of my experience I'm really wowed and I'll go back up and throw what I can in the tip jar. I always get nervous about not tipping on those receipts (it seems unfair to even include that on the receipt for me to sign to have to zero out and feel like a cheapskate, but I digress) because it's before you even receive your food and can rate your experience with a gratuity, and I've worked in customer service and know how petty people can be in response to how rude some customers can be.

When I got my food, not only did it have mushrooms in it, but it had a LOT. I didn't send it back because I'm generally not that kind of person if it's just something I can eat around. But I didn't even realize how many were in there until I got a decent way through eating, picking them out and putting them in a separate cup the entire time. Not only that, but on top of it seeming like the entire portion was smaller, there was hardly any chicken or the sweet potato hash it usually comes abundant with (it is a "protein bowl" after all). It was probably 60% broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, 20% chicken and sweet potato hash, and 20% mushrooms. 

I thought about asking for my money back, I thought about at least making a fuss, but ultimately I'm not that kind of person, because like I mentioned above, I know how awful some customers can be, even though I was right to be a little miffed. I can't say it's for sure a sleight against my not tipping, but if it genuinely was accidentally as lousy of an experience as this, then I'm glad I didn't tip. Didn't even fill me up — it's generally enough to last me two meals, but I was hungry again an hour later due to how much of the meal was just straight veggies.

So much for protein. I just got back from Taco Bell and those angels always know how to do my order right :) Probably won't be coming back here again.

ChopShop is a very neat little place. Nice atmosphere for a date, meeting, or a quick bite to eat. During the winter, there are heaters outside and a very cool fireplace you can lounge next to. There’s also seating inside if you prefer. The food service was extremely quick and the workers are super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu items. I’d recommend 100%.

So yummy but so expensive. They have great vegan and vegetarian options. Their juice is incredible too. It’s worth the splurge every once in a while.
