Nice store, good selection of food and supplies. There are only two registers so sometime there is a wait in line to checkout. Prices are decent, and they will price match which is nice. Once, I got a leopard gecko habitat starter kit in a box and when I got it home realized the tank was broken when I bought it, so I took it back and they gave me a whole new kit, no problems! Nice customer service.

If you have a dog the store is going to be awesome for you, huge selection of dog everything. Food (wet and dry) dog bowls, toys leashes, collars etc. There are adorable treat biscuits that look like people food by the front counter too. 
My favorite part is the really extensive selection of grain-free cat food, but that can be quite expensive here. That being said, it's definitely cheaper than ordering it online, they  sometimes do huge discounts for products that are reaching end of shelf life, making it possible for you to pop in and get a good deal. They also have a great selection of wet cat foods along with dried treats of all sorts and kinds.  
At the back there are love birds, fish, hamsters, mice, guinea pigs, snakes, rats and feeder crickets. 
It's usually very clean in there too, overall a very good pet store.

Clean store....usually not always have what I need. Ian the manager is very helpful. I wish prices were a little better.

I love this store. The staff members are exceptional! Amber is always helpful when I come in and buy fish, the ladies (specifically the assistant manager and the one girl whose name is Megahn , i think) are superb when asked questions about literally anything from cats and dogs to most other animals! I must say though, I haven't seen that one challenged girl in a long time, and the store seems to be in much better shape! Good for them for finally realizing they can do better. The store has a great selection of natural foods for all pets! I wish their reptile supplies section was a little stronger, but it's not a gigantic store, so we cannot expect too much. The staff always seems to do the nest they can! I often see their patrons treating staff poorly, but they smile through it the whole time. There is this one older fellow however, that I have seen on several occasions yell at people who are near the rescue cat center in the back of the store. I also always seem to hear people complain about not getting a cuopon. They should know that it's their responsibility to have it. And the ladies behind the counter don't have to give them the cuopon just because the customer is being rude or threatening. I don't think that  fair to the store.  I'm not interested in cupons, so I don't have the card nor do I expect the codes from the cashiers. If you have the csrd, you should be responsible enough to have them handy if you plan to use them. Oh, another thing that I think is great is their ability to cater to people who don't speak english. There is always one male employee I see talking to customers and helping them in their language of comfort. Overall, this is the best store, I would give it 6 stars if i could.
