I absolutely love this place. The are very knowledgeable and great with kids. Chuck is the reason my kids got over their fear of snakes and now have a ball python as a pet. I love that this place carries live feed as well. I drive from downtown Orlando just to go here. Awesome place!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed the visit while looking for a new pet. They have everything from rats to dart frogs, koi to snakes. My daughter is still trying to figure out what kind of pet she wants and likes to ask questions, she asked quite a few and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, even on a busy day. You could tell they really care about the pets and want to make sure they get proper care from the new owners.

GREAT place for purchasing lizards, turtles, fish, snakes, etc plus food and supplies for them. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful, and yes patient with my 12 year old's endless questions! Thanks so much!

Great place for your reptile needs and fish needs.  They are very informative about reptiles, great place to go for live feeders since there is no other place close by with options.  Over all our go to now on for our feeders for our chameleons and supplies.

Came in for a pair of small rats for are my daughter's boa but found an interesting 10 minutes to browse around and look at their little display shelves. Very nice they had a wide assortment of reptiles and snakes and fish.
