Petland has tons of adorable puppies and small animals. In 2016 I️ bought my puppy from here and he was going for around 1800 at 3 months. One staff member really got to know us every time we came in to visit the puppy. Then one Day we came and he immediately recognized us and told us the puppy we had been seeing for about 3 weeks has been put on sale for 400$. We bought him that same day and he is still bringing so much joy to our family.

The people were really nice and helpful. The dogs were happy and having fun and they were cleaning in front of me so I know that they take care of them at least. I am considering buying a dog from there soon.

This is a courtesy review for my aunt, she lives in North Carolina and when she was visiting for Thanksgiving she asked me for help to find her a new companion, because I work/volunteer in animal rescue and am a believer in don’t breed or buy dogs, but even with all my resources I couldn’t find her what she wanted/needed. She is disabled and needed a certain adult weight, size, and temperament to be her emotion support dog, and determined a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was best. Looked online that this location had one, called, and made the trip to Orlando to get him. He has been a blessing for her. The store itself was clean and had a nice selection of items. (Never stepped foot into a pet store that sold puppies before, they were clean and well taken care of.) Her pup did have a minor respiratory infection (which being in animal rescue I know isn’t a factor in Petland’s care of the puppies) quick trip to the vet (which Petland paid for) cleared that right up. My aunt’s health and quality of life has improved thanks to this puppy!

I bought an English Bulldog from this location. The owner and pet counselor were wonderful! I would recommend this particular Petland location for their superior customer service, going above and beyond what I expected!

SO I just walked in Petland to most likely purchase a pup as a gift for my family. I walk in and see pretty much no one on the floor. Just one cashier who’s barely even paying attention. Harold, was the gentleman who was helping people view pups. As I approached him to only ask a simple question he puts his finger up and says “someone will be with you in a second”. Even though rude, I waited. I asked someone else and they directed me to Harold once more who could help me. As I’m standing there waiting Harold helps another family who came in 20 minutes after me. Then disappears. The manager was the only real help but Harold has to be THE WORST customer service employee I’ve EVER had the “joy” of encountering. I will never be back to Petland because if that’s who they have working for them, no thank you.
