My friend Sheila recommended Nick Cutlip to me. He was upfront and said he couldn't get me financed due to my situation. He refused to turn me away because I was a referral. He asked for a few days and to a wondrous miracle he found a bank that approved me. I had already been to 4 dealerships with no luck but Sheila insisted I give Nick a try. I'm very thankful she insisted and I did. The process was really easy.  The overall staff experience was pleasant and friendly. I recommend anyone in a tight financial spot to give Nick a try.

As a newcomer to leasing, my son and I approached Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel,  Md, to get some answers to my many questions.  I was immediately introduced to Ricky Zollicoffer and his partner Quentin.  We talked for some time, during which, all my questions were completely and pleasantly answered.  They offered a test drive, which I accepted, and while Quentin took us on the drive, Ricky prepared the paperwork needed to complete a contract.  We reached an agreement rapidly  and without pressure, all the while discussing each point quietly and sensibly.  The completion of the paperwork took some time, but it was not difficult,  I left the dealership in the new car and felling that I had enjoyed the entire experience.  My compliments to all the participants in the process.

My experience with Nick was excellent. He was very patient with me and my situation. It took two weeks but he didn't stop trying.  I have since recommended him to co-workers.

I have never had such an easy, pleasant experience buying a car. Nick was super awesome and polite, and got results fast! I could not have been more pleased with the outcome! I will definitely be referring everyone I know!

This place is an absolute nightmare. I received a great quote on a vehicle from another dealership. I called Ourisman Laurel to see if they could match that quote on the same car, one they had listed as in stock on their website, but in a different color. They said they could match the quote, and that the had the color I wanted in stock. Both statements were lies. Then, when I got there, they had me test drive the wrong car. Then, the truth came out that the only color they had in stock was the color of the car at the dealership from which I had the original quote. I was still somewhat willing to buy that car if they had been able to get me a good deal. Once we talked numbers, they told me they couldn't match the deal I had already confirmed over the phone that they could match. They were attempting to make me pay $500 more for the same car I knew I could get elsewhere. Really pathetic. I walked out and they made no effort to get me a good deal. Overall, the staff was unbelievably incompetent. Their website is not accurate. They have little to no clue what cars are on the lot. They have non-sales staff handling sales related phone calls. They were unable to differentiate between different model years. The salesmen was unable to describe certain features on the car. An absolute miserable experience.
