Good customer service seems to be an increasingly disappearing concept, at least in the Washington metropolitan area. Ourisman is one of the soon-to-be a handful of businesses that cares for customer service in its true meaning. Robin, who is in charge of customer relations, went above and beyond to attend to my needs and promptly responded to my inquiries. Kevin, the software specialist, was so helpful and spent as much time as needed to explain the features of my Volkswagen Passat to me (love the car!). Both very professional and friendly. Thank you !

I bought a used car here a couple weeks ago, and I had a really good experience. My salesman, Jay, was really great to work with, along with everyone else that helped us out. I definitely recommend this place

I never had a better experience buying a car. everyone they are from the salesperson to the service people were absolutely wonderful! They took a lot of time with me, gave me all the time I needed to make decisions and treated me with total respect

Had a fantastic experience here! Ali Hatam was very helpful and patient as I decided between different car models. I was always treated professionally and with respect, and I was made to feel valued as a customer. I live in VA but decided to purchase this car in MD just because the experience here was so positive. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family.

DON"T BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I walked in the other day looking for a used car. We really liked one, wanted it, but also was in a hurry because our ten month old child was with us and very tired. I admit that it was probably stupid of us to have signed all the paperwork without checking it very carefully, but I naively believed that people cannot look you in the eyes while you're holding a baby and lie relentlessly. Well, I was wrong!!! They told us we would be paying a certain amount of money for five years. We just got our papers and it turned out that we would be paying that amount for six years and two months, which makes a big difference. I will be posting this on very social media that exist. People should know where not to go and this is for sure one of those places. So disappointed!!!
